OWSLA, the label some of the biggest names in the electronic music scene have been releasing many of their tunes through since late 2011, recently dropped this new EP “Defiant Order” from Birdy Nam Nam. “Defiant Order“, a funky electronica tune from Birdy Nam Nam is included of course along with an interesting line up of remixers, including of course our favorite being a trap remix from UZ!
While UZ’s trap remix certainly stays true to the original in many ways, he puts just enough of his own style into it to make it all his own. While it’s no high energy dancefloor destroyer like many of the most highly regarded trap tunes tend to be, I’m certain we’ll be hearing this groovy take on “Defiant Order” in plenty of mixes and live sets in the near future!
